How Swedes Manage first came out in 2000 - in the past decade it has proved a popular handbook for non-Swedish managers trying to understand the Swedish management style. In April 2010 a new edition has come out - re-written, revised and updated, and including some new chapters. The figures, charts and statistics have been updated to 2010.
